Agreements, with ourselves and with others, create a foundation from which to learn, explore and expand. Yet, as valuable as we know that they are, we frequently discover that they aren’t working.
In this class we will learn the components of effective agreements, how to create and maintain them, how to update them, and what to do when faced with challenges. Through demonstrations and
exercises we will apply our new-found knowledge to real life situations.  Class cost 25$ or make trade agreement with Michael before the class.
