We will be dancing in a sacred way to the “tree of life” with prayers of our intent declared to the Universe, asking Spirit to guide our life walk. The Dance allows prayers for manifesting a specific intent for themselves, the Collective, or others. We also pray to bring our beauty and purpose into the world around us. This is a dance from sunrise to sunset. We will be fasting, and drinking water is optional.

Many items are needed to be created and prepared in advance of the dance. Allow at least 2 weeks to prepare. In preparation, participants will be making a shield, special eagle whistle & plumes, a forked pole, and dance regalia, among other medicine and ceremonial items needed. See the list attachment. New Eagle Dance participants must contact Kelly for preparation instructions. It is highly recommended to attend a craft weekend. Participants may arrive by noon on Friday to help prepare the space. We dance on Saturday, May 18th and the closing ceremony is on Sunday including leaving the land better than when we arrived. Contact Kelly for more information and lodging arrangements.
