Our sweet Lodge needs to be rebuilt.  The Lodge has been witness to many tears, transformations, beauty, laughter, and most of all Community coming together for personal and collective growth!  Please join us in rebuilding the lodge and taking care of general maintenance to see us through the next few years of ceremony....and this is gonna be fun!!  You are invited to come as you can or come for the entire weekend beginning Friday.  You will be welcome to stay over in the house through Monday if you are traveling to help out.  The consecration sweat will follow the completion of the rebuild either Saturday eve or Sunday noonish....all those that contribute are welcome to sweat.  If you have not been part of a rebuild or fire crew before please consider lending a hand.  You will learn about some of our unique alchemy in the building of these healing lodges and the ceremonies that go on behind the scene before each and every Lodge.  Being in balance with giving and receiving keeps the door open to the greater possibilities we dream into our reality!  If I haven't said it lately thank you to all of you that have given repeatedly so these ceremonies can happen!

As men, we live in interesting times, to say the least.
All around us, it seems, are examples of how NOT to be, how NOT to act.
What does it mean to be a balanced man, a balanced male, to embody the balanced masculine? How do we shine as men, with Dignity, Integrity and Self-Respect? More importantly, how is that reflected in our actions?
Our time together will be a combination of Teachings, Ceremonies, and Service.

After millennia of observation, the Twisted Hairs Elders have gifted us with Teachings of how we play out our masculinity in the Dark and in the Light, what it means to be a mature man, and ways to get there. To move these Learnings from our intellects and into our bodies, we will engage in Ceremonies, including a Purification Lodge. Because men integrate through action, we will do several service projects at Spirit Canoe Lodge which will also provide opportunities for us to share talents and skills with each other.
Men of all ages are encouraged to attend!  Come join this band of brothers as we seek to know more of ourselves so that we give to Life and others with excellence.

Fully enter into the WOMB of WINTER by giving yourself a “special winter time-out”...This gathering is intended to hold sacred space for each other - to pay attention to the serious inner work we are longing to do but often resist.  We are asking that everyone attending join us by Friday evening in time to open the Circle at 7pm - to create the matrix that will hold an atmosphere of intimacy where nothing is held back.

The agenda is open and will come into focus on Friday evening as we design our time together. A Sisterhood Purification Lodge will be part of our weekend to release unnecessary resentments and patterns in order to free up our energy and be open to attracting our present desires.  Many women have a personal vision they are seeding in coming together...so perhaps this is an intent we each share. Women that come together with focused intent create magic!
