Rooted in Brooke’s lifelong study of cognitive freedom and her undying desire to seek beyond, the immersion aims to bring you closer to that more authentic version of yourself. Work with the power of group intelligence to expose core limiting beliefs. Bring your stuck points and real-life challenges. Through guided exercises, embodied inquiry, shared reflections, and plenty of fun, you'll uncover the hidden beliefs shaping your current reality and remember your innate capacity to design life from your most authentic self. We will traverse the spiral—of release, revelation, and re-alignment—through potent practices drawn from Brooke’s book, including visioning, belief re-coding, and intuitive embodiment.
