Qigong and Tai Chi are ancient practices for self-healing and staying healthy. Qigong, over 5,000 years old is the foundation of Tai Chi, created over 700 years ago. Each practice helps to guide Qi (Chi) through the body – clearing one’s mind, removing stagnation and blockages, strengthening internal organs, improving balance and flexibility – creating a sacred alchemy which we all can harness.

Meditate, practice Tai Chi & Qigong, laugh, eat well… BREATHE & BE IN NATURE @ Spirit Canoe Lodge. Meal teams (bring food to share). 

Schedule: 

6-7 Meditation

7-8 Qigong

8-10 Breakfast & free time

10-12 Tai Chi

12-2 Lunch

2-4 Free time

4-6 Tai Chi

6-9 Dinner & Free time

9-10 Meditation
